Prior to completing the coin submission form, you will be asked to confirm your required payment method.  Detailed are the various methods CGS UK Ltd currently accept. 

Simply select your preferred payment method from the drop down list provided.

Credit Card - Online

(Online payment from Credit or Debit Card).

Members can pay by credit/debit card on our online payment system.  Upon successful submission of your coins, you will be directed to our secure online payment gateway for you to complete your transaction accordingly.

Credit Card - Offline

(Offline payment from Credit or Debit Card).

For those members who wish to pay by credit/debit card but prefer not to use the online payment system.  

Submit your coins together with proforma invoice.  Upon receipt of goods, our accounts department will contact you directly for payment.  You will need a current Credit or Debit card available and will be requested to submit card number, expiry date (Issue Number if applicable) and security number to the reverse of the card.  This information will be entered directly to our card terminal for authorisation.  No records are retained regarding this transaction other than standard receipt, which will be sent back with your graded coins.

Coins will not be processed until funds are cleared.

Bank Cheque

For those members who prefer not to use the online payment system can submit their coins together with pro-forma invoice and cheque payment in pound sterling as detailed on the pro-forma invoice. 

Make cheque payable to  COIN GRADING SERVICE LIMITED and write invoice number on the reverse.

Coins will not be processed until funds are cleared.
