The Collectors Gallery is a series of league tables which rank collections of CGS graded coins. A table exists for each monarch/denomination combination from the English Milled series, for example Sixpences of Edward VII or Pennies of Victoria, In CGS coin terms these would contain all coin types beginning with SP.E7 and PE.V1 respectively. The full set for Edward VII Sixpences is
SP.E7.1902.01 SP.E7.1902.02 SP.E7.1903.01 SP.E7.1904.01 SP.E7.1905.01 SP.E7.1906.01 SP.E7.1907.01 SP.E7.1908.01 SP.E7.1909.01 SP.E7.1910.01
As the CGS benchmarking grading system arrives at a numeric grade for every coin graded it is possible by adding the grades together of a given collection to compare that total to other similar collections and determine which is the best by CGS grade.
For example two collectors may each have a collection of Edward VII Sixpences as follows
Collector 1 Collector 2 Coin Type Grade Coin Type Grade
SP.E7.1902.01 82 SP.E7.1902.01 80 SP.E7.1902.02 88 SP.E7.1902.02 85 SP.E7.1903.01 85 SP.E7.1903.01 78 SP.E7.1904.01 78 SP.E7.1904.01 80 SP.E7.1905.01 80 SP.E7.1905.01 78 SP.E7.1906.01 70 SP.E7.1906.01 80 SP.E7.1907.01 80 SP.E7.1907.01 82 SP.E7.1908.01 70 SP.E7.1908.01 78 SP.E7.1909.01 75 SP.E7.1909.01 82 SP.E7.1910.01 75 SP.E7.1910.01 80

Collector 2 is in front, but of course it may be possible for collector 1 to upgrade
If a collector has duplication of a coin type only the highest grade example will be taken and included in the aggregate score.
